Kidzania
Kidzania’s app was designed with two core goals: to extend the on-site experience for children and to make the visit more engaging before, during, and after their time in the park. Through curated information, interactive content, and lightweight games, the app supported kids in exploring activities, understanding what they could do inside the city, and staying motivated as they progressed through the experience. This helped bridge the physical visit with a digital layer that increased engagement and provided context in a playful, age-appropriate way.

In parallel, the app enabled parents and guardians to manage the visit more effectively by centralizing key Kidzania services in one place. By integrating park-related features—such as access to essential information, coordination tools, and service touchpoints—the app improved visibility and control during the visit, reducing friction for adults while maintaining a safe, smooth experience for children. Overall, the product aligned entertainment and operational support to enhance the value of the Kidzania journey for both audiences.
