I designed CEV (Electronic Health Record / “Cartilla Electrónica de vacunación”) from the ground up, defining the end-to-end user experience to digitize and centralize information that is traditionally managed in a physical booklet. I started by understanding the usage context and core user needs (quick access, reliable information, and continuity of the record), then structured the information architecture and key flows so users could find and log data clearly, simply, and with minimal friction.
 

From a product perspective, I designed the main modules to record and view health history events (e.g., vaccinations, checkups, or appointments), track current status, and receive reminders for upcoming milestones. I also considered validation and follow-up scenarios through secure information sharing, embedding privacy and traceability requirements into the experience to ensure a robust, trustworthy product over time.
