iFlex
Through the platform, employees can exchange benefits based on their personal preferences (for example: swapping uniform vouchers for fuel credit, or part of their savings fund for additional vacation days), all within the guidelines established by the company and Intercam Seguros.
iFlex is a platform designed for employees and HR administrators, with the goal of providing flexibility in the management of employee benefits.

CONTEXTO
The system is composed of two main environments:

Employee & HR Portal: allows users to review benefits, perform exchanges, and track internal management actions.

Administrative Platform: manages client companies and their operational rules and agreements.


KEY PROBLEM IDENTIFIED
End users (employees): They faced unclear processes when trying to understand, compare, and exchange benefits. There were no visible indicators of available benefits, which caused confusion and resulted in low program adoption and usage.

Internal users (Intercam Seguros): They required more robust tools to manage multiple companies, control specific business rules, and ensure regulatory compliance.
CHALLENGE
Turning complexity into clarity: Our biggest challenge was simplifying intricate regulatory and operational rules into intuitive, frictionless flows. The goal was to grant employees flexibility while maintaining strong governance and security for the business.


MY ROLE
As a Product Designer, I led the end-to-end design of the experience, from research to prototyping and validation.
