Class, a real estate developer, wanted to build its own app where customers could explore the available commercial offerings in one place. The experience was designed to support users from the discovery stage, making it easy to review project information and maintain continuity between initial interest and the purchase process.

For customers who had already purchased an apartment, the app worked as a centralized tracking hub: it allowed them to monitor construction progress as a percentage (if the unit was still being built) or check delivery readiness (if it was already completed), as well as follow the status of their purchase paperwork. It also provided visibility into payment status, notifications, and any issues that might arise during the purchase, improving transparency, control, and trust throughout the entire journey.
