Carrot is a startup that needed to provide users with a better, more seamless way to rent vehicles. The goal was to modernize the rental experience by moving key actions into a single mobile flow, reducing friction and improving convenience throughout the journey.
 

To achieve this, the app enabled users to reserve vehicles, manage payments, and remotely unlock/start the car directly from their phone. This created a more autonomous, end-to-end experience that simplified the rental process and increased user control at every step.
